1. Introduction

Welcome to Safai Hub. By booking our home cleaning and deep-cleaning services via phone call, WhatsApp, or our website (https://safaihub.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

2. Service Area

Safai Hub operates exclusively within the municipal limits of Bhopal. Bookings made for locations outside Bhopal cannot be fulfilled unless explicitly agreed upon via prior communication.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices listed on our platform are flat BHK-wise rates designed for standard residential cleaning in Bhopal.
• Heavily soiled homes, post-construction sites, or custom add-ons (such as interior fridge cleaning or extra upholstery shampooing) may attract additional charges, which will be communicated and confirmed with you prior to the start of work.
• Payment is accepted directly upon satisfactory completion of the cleaning service via cash, UPI, or digital transfer as instructed by our team lead. No advance payment is mandatory unless specified for large commercial orders.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. You may cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment by notifying us via call or WhatsApp on +91 89899 11055 at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled slot without any cancellation fee.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Please ensure a continuous supply of electricity and running water at the premises during the cleaning service.
• Safai Hub expects a safe working environment for its cleaning staff. Please secure valuable items, cash, and delicate jewelry prior to the arrival of the cleaning crew.
• While our staff takes utmost care, Safai Hub is not liable for pre-existing structural damage, loose fittings, or fragile items that are not safely stored away.
